The connection between the two is evident and it drives Seth almost to a point of madness. I love the fact that I can reread a book and find something new that I forgot about the first time around. Alex is taken back to the Covenant, whose dean is her very own Uncle Marcus, somebody who she is not very close with. While he doesn’t have a major growth, he does have his moments when his views come into light and he realizes that sometimes, the things that he thinks, aren’t always as they seem, which does cause him to rethink his ways. Half-blood is a hotchpotch of currently popular characters. Things, however, are changed when Seth arrives at the covenant, seeking forgiveness from Alex after learning that Ares nearly killed her. Seth, on the other hand, gives a pretty good growth in character throughout the series. This episode marks the 1st time Clark wears his Red jacket/Blue shirt outfit in a season finale. Alex, Aiden, and company decide to head to the North Carolina Covenant to take refuge and get some help in defeating Seth, Lucius, and Ares.
