Hi KringSong, We are so sorry to hear you haven't had a good experience with The Reserve so far. State on Campus Norman features floorplans for every collegiate lifestyle including 1, 2, 4 and 4 bedrooms all on individual leases. The apartments are not as nice as the models, but that's to be expected, and the staff has been good about fixing the things that need work. This community has a 2 - 4 bedroom, 2 - 4 bathroom, and is for rent for $519 - $619. Maintenance staff is awesome, they're very helpful and prompt, and they always wave!

However, the reason for this was the previous resident left the apartment in terrible condition and we didn't think that was fair to your friend so we sent our vendors in to make sure the apartment was properly cleaned and even replaced the carpet.

You'll love State on Campus because we offer the best amenities near OU Norman including free rental bikes, private shuttle service to campus, a resort-style pool and fully equipped fitness center. Love these apartments! All residents were told of the new insurance requirement when they signed their lease and have received frequent email reminders in hopes that we could avoid situations of people trying to pick up keys without proof of insurance. Never seen the kind in norman. These people/corporation have NO heart at all!!!!
