I'm sad to leave a mediocre review for boba guys but their tea quality has gone down significantly with their express service.

Never again. All the fruit flavors are made from real fruit puree instead of fruit powder. The nutty flavor of our hojicha is a great contrast against the Japanese kuromitsu syrup (black sugar syrup) we drizzle in. Tastes like strawberries with milk and sugar. Contains soy. There are some spots that say Chase parking only, and some don't say anything, so I believe it's safe to park after business hours. Still stared. )There were people waiting outside the small shop. I ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea (my go-to) with boba and I was surprised with their tea quality. It was my first time ordering online and the online ordering was easy. Pretty good! For some reason, the signage for walk up and mobile orders were changed. Their boba is also hella good. We arrived later than our chosen pick-up time, so the beverages were ready.Customers can order/pay online, then choose a time to pick up.They will communicate by emails.They want customers to feel safe to order drinks from them that they now give customers a small "Next Level Quality Promise Card" listing the temperature of the employee who prep the drink (!
Maybe it's covid's fault. Also known for a stronger tea taste. They have also had an amazing safety response to the pandemic by requiring all employees to get tested and temperature checking them before shifts. Tea and Boba was great. My daughter noticed one drink that was on the table, clearly it was one drink and Ube. Haven't seen it on their limited COVID menu. Delicate, young rosebuds and petals mixed with the sweet fullness of a Ceylon black tea.
